1. Booking Confirmation

  • Event bookings are confirmed only after payment is received as per the package selected.
  • Once a booking is confirmed, the date and services are reserved exclusively for you.

2. Cancellation Policy

  • Client-Initiated Cancellation:
    • If a client cancels an event 7 days or more before the scheduled date, a partial refund may be provided based on the payment terms agreed at booking.
    • If a client cancels less than 7 days before the event, no refund will be issued due to the preparation and vendor commitments already made.
  • Company-Initiated Cancellation:
    • In the rare case that PRIME EVENT SOLUTION OPC PRIVATE LIMITED must cancel an event, a full refund of all payments made will be issued.

3. Refunds

  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed using the original payment method.
  • Refund requests must be submitted in writing via email or through our website contact form.
  • Refunds will be processed within 10–15 business days from the date of approval.

4. Changes to Bookings

  • Changes to event dates, services, or packages are subject to availability.
