1. Client-Initiated Cancellations

If you need to cancel your event, the following terms apply:

  • Cancellation 15 days or more before the event date:
    • You are eligible for a partial refund of the advance paid.
    • A cancellation fee of 20% of the total package cost may be applied to cover administrative and preparatory expenses.
  • Cancellation 7–14 days before the event date:
    • 50% of the total package amount will be non-refundable due to vendor and logistical commitments.
  • Cancellation less than 7 days before the event date:
    • No refund will be provided.
    • This is because preparations, bookings, and vendor services are already finalized.

2. Company-Initiated Cancellations

In rare cases where PRIME EVENT SOLUTION OPC PRIVATE LIMITED must cancel an event (due to unforeseen circumstances, emergencies, or vendor issues):

  • A full refund of all payments made will be issued.
  • We will make every effort to assist in rescheduling the event on an alternate date, subject to availability.

3. Changes to Event Dates or Services

  • Requests to reschedule or modify the event are considered on a case-by-case basis.
  • Additional charges may apply depending on the new date, services, or vendor costs.
  • Rescheduling requests must be submitted at least 7 days before the original event date.

4. Non-Refundable Items

  • Payments made to third-party vendors (such as decorators, caterers, entertainers) are non-refundable.
  • Any services already executed before the cancellation are non-refundable.
